Welcome to the Team
Welcome to the June edition of ‘Keeping In Touch’. Winter has well and truly arrived, all we need now is rain and plenty of it. It’s always wonderful to see the countryside with dams full, pastures turning green and crops growing well.
One of our aims is to know a bit more about you so that we can assist you in the best way possible. However, right now, we would like to let you know a bit more about us and to proudly introduce to you our new team members.
In order to obtain a position within the group, a person must be of the highest character and have integrity, together with a work ethic and an attitude of not just can do, but will do and they must have a proven track record of client delight in previous fields. They are put through a series of exams on matters including ethics, negotiation, marketing and sales, all of which must be passed and then they need to successfully complete practical tasks. All of this is in addition to obtaining legal qualifications.
After successfully meeting these rigorous standards, we are privileged to have Michael Lesh and Denise Thompson join our team.

Michael is from Oregon in North West America; he married an Adelaide girl and now resides in the Adelaide Hills. Having lived on many continents, his life experiences enable him to relate well to people. Together with his positivity and enthusiasm he is a true professional, being one who listens, questions and understands, then provides a solution that results in the best outcome for the client. |

Denise Thompson is perfect for real estate. Having built her own successful businesses in the hairdressing industry, Denise’s ability to communicate and her understanding of service are both first class. Combining her passions of people and property, her friendly manner and her obtained customer service skills ensures that the real estate industry is as perfect for her, as she is for it. |
