CE staff were fantastic to deal with at all times and always respected our wants and needs whilst also providing sound and competent advice.

Having been with another agent for 15 months without a single genuine prospective buyer inspecting our property and due to what we considered a lack of communication or advice, we elected to swap agents and go with CE Property Group.


A lengthy conversation with Mark one evening made us realise that the price set by the previous agent was unrealistic and this had led to us also having unrealistic expectations. His advice was simple – we have a good idea what the land is worth, we have a good idea what the building and other improvements are worth but what we don’t know is what people would be willing to pay for the stunning view.


The initial price set by CE Property Group generated increased interest in our property but it wasn’t until we made a further price adjustment that we found a buyer.
